Refund & Returns Policy

1. Our Commitment

At Occasions by Sara Alkuwari, we take great pride in the quality and presentation of every product. Each item is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our luxury standards.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp. We will arrange a replacement or full refund. Please have the following ready:

  • Order confirmation details
  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety standards, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used perfumes and fragrances
  • Used candles or home fragrance products
  • Personalized or custom-made gift sets
  • Items without original packaging

4. Change of Mind

If you change your mind about a purchase, you may request a return within 48 hours of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Completely unused and in original condition
  • In the original, unopened packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

A restocking fee of 15% may apply for change-of-mind returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refund Process

  • Contact us via WhatsApp with your order details
  • Our team will review your request within 24 hours
  • If approved, we will arrange product pickup (Qatar only)
  • Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method

6. Exchange Policy

We offer product exchanges for different sizes or variants, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery. The customer is responsible for any price difference.

7. Gift Items

Gift items follow the same refund policy. If you received an item as a gift, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser.
